Booking
Booking terms
Last updated 20 October 2026
In short
- Sending a request doesn’t commit you to anything. Your booking is made when we confirm the day and the price.
- Prices are fixed by car size and package. A few extras start from a set price, and we agree any change with you before we do the work.
- You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, explained below.
Who we are
WL Mobile Valeting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 12146486. Registered office: 30 Ipswich Street, Swindon SN2 1DB. Email info@wlmobilevaleting.co.uk or call 07464 340592.
How booking works
You send a request through this website, or call, text or email us. A request isn’t a booking yet, and nothing is charged.
We reply by email, text or phone call to confirm whether the day suits and what the price is. Your booking is made when we confirm it.
A valet together with machine polishing or ceramic coating takes two days: you pick the first day, and we agree the second with you by phone.
Prices and payment
Prices are fixed by car size and package, as shown in our price list. Extras marked “from” depend on the car, for example how much pet hair there is.
The total in “Your valet” is an estimate, and we confirm the final price with your booking. If we find the car needs more work than you booked, we explain why and agree the price with you before we do it.
You can pay by card, cash or bank transfer.
On the day
- We bring our own power and water, so we don’t need a socket or an outside tap.
- You don’t need to be there. If you won’t be, we agree with you beforehand how we get to the car and its keys.
- Please leave room to work around the car, and take any valuables out of it.
- Machine polishing lifts light swirls and dullness. It isn’t suitable for deeper scratches or severe paint damage, so we check the paintwork at the appointment and recommend the right work.
Weather
When it rains, we polish under our tent and the job goes ahead. In rain and strong wind together we don’t polish, and we agree another day with you.
Moving or cancelling a booking
If you need to move or cancel your booking, tell us as early as you can by phone, text or email.
If we have to move your booking, for example because of the weather, illness or a breakdown, we tell you as soon as we can and agree a new day with you.
Your legal right to cancel
Because you book with us without meeting us first (online, by phone, text or email), you can cancel within 14 days of the day we confirm your booking, without giving a reason.
Most bookings are for a day within those 14 days. By booking such a day, you ask us to start the work before the 14 days are up. You can still cancel at no cost before we start. If you cancel after we’ve started, you pay for the work done up to the moment you told us. Once the work is finished, you can no longer cancel.
To cancel, tell us clearly by phone, text or email. You can use the form below, but you don’t have to. If you’ve paid anything in advance, we refund it within 14 days of hearing from you, using the same payment method.
